TROOP 931 AT CAMP WOODRUFF, BLAIRSVILLE, GEORGIA2017 CAMP WOODRUFF

Boy Scout Troop 931 serves Oviedo and Winter Springs, Florida and the surrounding communities.

Troop 931 began in 2008!

Troop 931 is growing and provides opportunities in youth leadership and outdoor activities.

Through our active boys, active parents, and active leaders we maintain a fun, safe environment that teaches our young men the values and morals they need to become outstanding citizens in our community and nation.

Troop 931 meets at 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM every Monday night at the
Reformed Theological Seminary, 1231 Reformation Drive, Oviedo

(2nd Floor above the Library in Classroom #1 - Take the elevator up)

Our web site has a huge amount of information pertaining to a variety of Boy Scout related topics and skills.

Troop 931 web site contains many resources applicable to Troop 931 but also has information about the troop in general and links to the Little Econ District and Central Florida Council websites.

Troop 931 takes advantage of all that scouting has to offer, such as: Order of the Arrow (OA), Camping, Advancement, The Patrol Method, Canoeing, Backpacking, Merit Badges, Knife and Axe Safety, Fire Building, Fire Safety, Hiking, lots of Training, Cooking, Knots,  Scouting Basics (Oath, Law, Hand Shake, Motto, Slogan, etc), Scouting History, Scout Ceremonies, Flag care, Awards, Applications, First Aid, Roles, Positions, Responsibilities, Dutch Oven Cooking and much more.

What IS the University of Scouting?

It is an annual event held in the Central Florida Council to present sessions to teach new skills, new ideas, and just all around fun things about Scouting.

We do seem to get a lot of rain on campouts, don't we?  Of course, this is Florida where we are famous for "liquid sunshine".
